- 1939 to 1947 - St. Josephs Middle School, Sokkan Kudiyuruppu, Tirunelveli District
- 1948 to 1948 - Nathaniel High School, Sathankulam, Tirunelveli District
- 1949 to 1952 - St. Xaviers High School and College, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli-627002
- 1953 to 1954 - St. Josephs College, Tiruchirapalli
- 1955 to 1959 - Madras Law College, Madras
- 1959 to 1960 - Lawyer practice as Junior Advocate under Mr. Raja Gopala Iyer who was Santiago Rajan's mentor and also as a Junior Advocate with Mr. Chella Pandian (the first speaker of Tamil Nadu Legislative assembly) in Tirunelveli Junction
- 1961 Mr. Santiago Rajan enrolled in Tirunelveli Bar Council as Lawyer and practiced as Lawyer in Tirunelveli Jilla District Court
- 1961 to 1965 Santiago Rajan had his law office in Tirunelveli Jn in a rented room in Kannaman Koil.

After getting married in 1965 his
office moved to Perumal North car street in Tirunelveli Jn in the front hall of
his rented house where he lived with his wife and four children till 19721965 on January 30th, Santiago Rajan Lawyer married Maria
Thanga Pushpam daughter of Dr. Maria Johnson and Mrs. Mariammal of
RamanPuthoor, NagerCoil, Kanya Kumari district in a church. Together they lived
a happy life in Tirunelveli Junction and in 1966, April 6th Mr. Santiago Rajan
and Mrs. Pushpa Rajan became parents of their first child son and in 1968, 1969
and 1971 they became parents for three more sons1967 Santiago Rajan bought
80acres of empty land which was converted
into a lush green farm and was named Pushpa Estate after his beloved wife and
this farm was his favourite past time1980 Santiago Rajan was elected President of Tirunelveli Bar
Association for the first time and then four times again later1989 Santiago Rajan moved to 62, Perumal west car street,
Tirunelveli Junction in his newly built dream home along with his Law office
and family and lived till his last breath2014 May 15th at age 81 Santiago Rajan passed away
peacefully .
